MFD Holdings Inc. was born out of a passion for early stage business entrepreneurs. Its founder, Muhammad F. Dasuki, had a vision to build an early stage investment vehicle to support twenty first century entrepreneurship dedicated to making a positive social and environmental impact. Our model is straightforward. We help scale your early stage proof of concept business by providing seed round capital funding and hands on support throughout your growth cycle.
From an early age, our CEO developed a passion for real estate and investing. He was introduced to real estate and investing by his father who is an architect and a businessman. He graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science and then went on to receive his Master’s of Real Estate and Infrastructure (MREI) from the Schulich School of Business. He is an entrepreneur who enjoys helping up and coming entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and goals.
